BEERGUY007 (168), Scotia, New York, USA Jan 16, 2008 12 ounce bottle from Glenville beverage. Copper color, hopy smell amd taste. Citrusy taste. Light body, some carbonation but not too much. Nice refreshing beer. Davidson brothers have another winner. beerbuzzmontreal (2674), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Nov 1, 2007 Clear copper pour with a thin offwhite head. Weak aroma of caramel. Flavor of caramel with mild hops. The body is light to medium with gentle carbonation. mrant (220), New York, USA Oct 21, 2007 Tastes very earthy with hints of floral hops. Smell is faint hops. Different and tasty HogTownHarry (3141), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Oct 31, 2006 Bottle (12oz). Opened with a loud tshhht!! - but no gushing. Poured clear copper with a massive frothy beige long-lasting head - I’m impressed. Very yeasty aroma, bready, sweet, burnt caramel aroma, some sharp UK funk-hop aroma in the background - reminds me more of a over-roasted syrupy ESB. Burnt caramel and almost prune taste, bitter, caramelized, funky - how old is this bottle? Thick, sryupy mouthfeel, light carbonation, quite bitter, almost acidic, lnog bitter aftertaste. Deeply weird - definitely in the UK tradition, but still not much like an IPA. jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 23, 2006 on tap-pours an offwhite head with yellow color. Aroma is lots of citrus hops. Taste is lots of biting hops.
