Mar 4, 2003 Pours with a pale golden body topped by a thick white head with lots of lace hugging the glass. Spicy, yeasty malt aroma with a slight bitterness. Bitter, yeasty flavor with a spicy lemon background. Full bodied and slightly dry.

Feb 2, 2003 Large, very long-lasting white head tops a light straw-yellow (macro) colored head; lady near me wondered if I was drinking a Coors light and I just glared at her. Yeasty, lemony nose leads to a tobacco/pepper overtoned sweet, smooth, fruity (sour apples) body. Very very smooth; my server told me it was on nitro, horrors! But it's very good, regardless. Alcohol really not all that evident except for the pepperiness.
