Apr 25, 2004 Mild pine hop aroma. Pale golden colour with white fully receding head but good carbonation. Mellow, mild malt flavour with a touch of bitterness to balance. Light, watery body. Bot nearly as good as the beers on tap from this brew pub. Bottle.

Feb 23, 2004 Pale gold beer with no head. Light malty nose with little hops. Biscuitty malt with a hint of lemon, but also some maderization...beer might be old and oxidized. Body is ok.

Nov 13, 2003 A sweet, herbal beer that is NOT all that terrible. Fairly flavorful for a blond ale and the hops are mild and appropriate for the style. An easy-drinking, sweet, lightly malted ale with just enough herbal and hop bite to keep you from getting bored. Balanced.

Dec 16, 2003 Tastes like a Bit-O-Honey candy bar. Light, translucent appearance with a cloudy white head. Sweet, candy-like aroma. Has some of the same candy-sweet elements that some Belgians have. Quite refreshing - finishes strong. Very unique take on a blond ale.

Dec 16, 2003 Butter, honey, diacetyl aroma. Intense gold clear beer, decent label. A lot of the same character as their IPA. Honey-cakey flavors, lightly sweet, moderately tart, some fruitiness. Hopping kicks in towards the finish. Good viscosity, with the finish growing hoppier and tarter all the time. A little astringency at the very end.
