Oct 8, 2007 on tap-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is mild honey/banana-wheat. Taste is honey/banana-wheat, yeast/some cream soda flavor. OK/mild carbonation.

Oct 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub with a 5oz sample. Sour, grassy barnyard-like aroma with mildly lemon-like notes. Not much banana is detected, unfortunately. Aroma is rather faint. Mostly transparent yellow color with a white head. Contrary to popular belief, this does not seem to be "unfiltered". Slightly citric and sour lemony flavors with significant maltiness. Sweet, smooth maltiness and low on carbonation. This is tasty, but not really traditional and the appearance sucks.

Aug 9, 2005 Had this on on draught in Glens Falls, New York. Dark yellow in color and quite clear, interesting for a wheat ale, was served with a lemon. Very light and quite quaffable, notes of banana, cloves, orange; very refreshing.
