Blonde, hoppy and aromatic. The first of our new single variety hop series of recipes using new-wave hops. Uses rich Eastern European hops also known as Super Styrians.

From cask at Market Porter. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight hayish. Bitter, citrusy and crisp hoppy flavoured. Bitter and crisp hoppy into the finish. Ends dry and bitter.
