COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the second year to support Bristol Silents’ Comedy Festival, here in Bristol 27-30 January 2011. Full flavoured, dark and fruity with a roasted coffee edge. Brewed in black & white! What’s in it? Mild, Dark Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Malts, Wheat Malt from Warminster Maltings Progress, Bramling Cross whole hops from Charles Faram of Malvern Burtonised water, yeast, finings

Cask-conditioned at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 2/2/2011. Near black with a touch of ruddy colour and tight, creamy tan head. Milk chocolate aroma with some dark fruit and touch of roastiness. Flavour had sweet cereal malts, more chocolate and some coffee before a decent bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Cask, handpump at The Green Man, Bristol, 28.01.12 Pours dark, dark brown this is roasty with some coffee flavours. Has a decent bitterness, touch furry, but generally roasty with good dollop of fruitiness. Pleasant. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2
