Copper ale infused with ginger for a hint of devilish spicyness.

downender (4389) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2010
Cask-conditioned at the Victoria, Clifton, Bristol 29/10/10. Copper coloured with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of bready malts with a touch of caramel and floral hops. Flavour began with some sweet malts and a touch of orange fruit. There was some subtle, earthy root ginger evident in the finish but this avoided becoming dominant. Drinkable.
