American IPA. Brewed with a medley of locally grown hops; Nugget in the mash, Chinook and Centennial in the Boil, Amarillo in the Hop Back, and more Centennial and Amarillo for Dry Hopping. The malt bill takes a back seat and this IPA finishes dry and refreshing, leaving you wanting another sip. Stats: 6.6% ABV, 66 IBUs, Batch 019. Ingredients: Pilsner Malt, Munich Malt, Golden Naked Oats, Nugget, Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, Ale Yeast.

On tap at Day Block Taproom. Pours a light copper golden hue with a fine white head . Aroma is citrusy with some decent hop aroma. Taste is very crisp and similar to aroma with decent hop bitterness. Finished dry with a bitter finish. Pretty refreshing IPA with good hop flavoring.

Tap at Day Block. Mostly clear golden pour with a small foamy white head. Citrusy nose and taste. Easy on the palate. Finishes a touch dry but well balanced overall. Nice brew.
