From the barrel at Stroud farmers’ market. Cloudy gold in colour. Aroma of dry apple fruit and a touch of funk. Flavour began with some sweetish apple juice before a dry finish. The addition of some artificial sweetener has tamed the dryness when compared with the draught dry. Good.

Light hazy yellow ... apple spirit nose ... again spirity ... lots of apple but too methilated sprit.
