COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A finely blended perry pressed from traditional perry pears - Blakeney Reds, Butts, Malvern Hills and Huffcaps, gathered from mature unsprayed orchards and fermented in oak barrels on the farm.

750ml bottle bought from the producer at Stroud Farmers’ Market. Hazy, pale gold with slight carbonation. Aroma of frsh, medium sweet pear juice, with a tart, rustic edge. Easy drinking, with plenty of vaguely spicy fruit, some yeast character and a decent finish that inclined towards dryness. Very enjoyable.
