COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A finely blended cider pressed from traditional fruit including dabinett, mitchelin, bulmer’s norman and yarlington mill, fermented in oak barrels on the farm.

750ml bottle bought from the producer at Stroud farmers’ market. Slightly hazy gold with moderate fizz. Fresh, slightly sweet, apple juice aroma with a touch of wood and suggestion of honey. Flavour was sweet and slightly sugary up front, before some decent fruit with a mineral edge and sweetish finish. Good.
