Sampled on Flashy’s tour of LA, New Zealand and Hong Kong of September/October 2007 - This is a pretty shit NZ lager. Not much taste, not much more to say...

Pours gold with a small, lasting head.
Nose shows hay, vegetal notes, sweet malt and cereal grains. Also some faint floral notes.
Similar flavours, more hay and vegetal characters. Again, there’s a faint floral note.
Body is a bit watery.

Wow, rough trade. I let the bottle warm a bit out of the fridge first. Poured with a small, slightly durable white head and no lace. Color is a clear yellow with some bubble trails. Aroma is adjunct sweet, grain. Flavor is like nose with strong carbonic tang, no hop, little malt. Body is dominated by carbonic tang. Finish is like flavor, tang lasting longest - too long. Should be better forgotten. Drain time.

Not quite as good as fermented cardboard, more like stale fermented cardboard.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of grain and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, grain, and malt, leading to dry metallic.

Bouteille. Bière blonde commerciale, avec peu de caractère et peu de goût. C’est franchement un produit de masse.

330ml bottle. Gold hue with medium white bubbly head which eventually fully diminishes. Aromas are too faint for me to comment just a bit of metal and faint cereal. Taste is very sweet. Finishes dry. Light body, thin texture, and fizzy carbonation give it a soda water feeling.
Couldn’t recommend this one at all unless you are like me and shamelessly using it to get into the 100 club. Fully deserving of its 2nd percentile rating. Gold medal winner at the International Brewing awards - well done there.

Bottle 330ml. I recommend to abstain from this one. Aroma is lightly floral, and taste is sweet. Thin and watery in the palate; yellow colour, bubbly, with no head.
