Aroma – Lager aroma with lots of malt and very little hops.
Appearance – Golden yellow color, clear and a nice head.
Flavor – This was a light malt flavor with very little hops for flavoring. This was a simple drinking beer.
Palate – Decent Mouthfeel, a good dry finish.
Overall – Not sure what others want from this it was a light lager beer had little flavor but great for a hot day working in the yard. It is a simple mass produced beer for the rednecks in our world.
ArizFlash (1), Avondale, Arizona, USA does not count Apr 29, 2008 I pickd up this beer at Fry’s Food Store (Kroger) for $6 a 12-pack. I have some friend coming over from Wisconsin and wanted to make them feel at home.
This is actually a very good American Style commercial lager. Very clean malty nose, no graininess or corn smell. No discernable hop aroma but it has about 8-10 IBU’s of bitterness. Malty sweetness is present but not overly so and is appropriate for style. Pours a clear pale golden color and a thick head with some staying power. Reid (991), Salem, Oregon, USA Mar 16, 2008 Judgeing this as a mass produced pale lager.
Typical yellow beer with a nice sized white head.
Very malty aroma,, typical of American macro lager.
Nice malty taste, thin but not over sweet, no discenable hops.
Thin palate, gets a tad watery in the end.
for $5.99 a 12 this aint half bad for Grillin out, like im doing tonight garrison (427), Cin. city, Ohio, USA Aug 21, 2007 Updated: Oct 23, 2007From a 355 ml can purchased at a Cincinnati, Ohio Kroger’s - Pours a pale golden brew with a fizzy white head of foam and sweet, malty aroma.
