COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Das Bier" pours a pale straw-color in the glass with a nice, thick rocky head that leads to ample lacing. It has a very delicate body with light flavors of fruit, biscuit and a gentle mineral-like finish. Hopping is kept very low for maximum drinkability on hot summer days. 2 row Pale and White Wheat malts, German Hallertau-Hersbrucker hops.

4oz sample at Lost Dog Dunn Loring. Poured a clear straw color with a small white head. Aroma is light malts, touch of grass. Flavor is bitter, earthy hops, some malt sweetness. Refreshing on this very hot day.

Draft. Pours a hazy golden color with a frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of pale, buttery malts with mild grassy hops. The taste is dry wheat, buttery notes, grassy hops. Very dry overall. Medium bodied.

Growler shared by drabmuh. Thanks Matt. The beer is pale yellow and transparent with a thick, white head. The aroma offers grain, floral hops, biscuits. Nice flavor. Light and refreshing. Light hop bitterness, finishing fairly dry. Pronounced malt character throughout. A fine example of the style.
