COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
And so it was written.......
According to Mayan and Hopi calendars the "transition from one world age to another" will happen on December 21, 2012. As an homage to the "transition" DC Brau has concocted an Imperial IPA named "On the Wings of Armageddon".

Semi dry finish after a not-as-sweet-as-it-first-starts beginning. Great hops. I’m glad I saved this from being crushed.

Can via Sylvain at Luc’s. Dark amber with an off white head. Papaya, tangerine, some other mixed citrus, some caramel malt, moderate body and carbonation, smoothy with a stronger malt presence on the palate, finishes somewhat dry with some resin. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Big spicy hops on the nose, bright citrus. Warm and spicy, lots of juicy dank citrus. Loads of grapefruit, pungent, with dune warming alcohol.

[Can (355ml) shared with HogTownHarry, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m] Pours a hazy golden-orange with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is fruity along with big citrusy and resiny hops. Flavour follows, fruity along with lots of hops. Long bitter finish. Medium bodied. Quite good, I enjoyed it.

2015-05-29. Hazy bright orange body, modest white head. 3+ Aroma is surprisingly boozy, covering up the citrusy hops to an extent, moderate hop resin character. Flavour has a bunch of nice fruity citrus up front, then moderate bitterness and warming alcohol in the finish. Lingering bitterness, citrus seeds and light resin, lightly astringent. Very smooth average plus bodied palate soft to light carbonation. Pretty solid, likely a point or two better on tap. Solid. Can courtesy of travlr.

Not bad but rather sweet for what I thought I was getting into. Not heavy but has some kick. Tap
