3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can extra from a trade. I was warned this is a over a couple months old, but Iím happy to get to try it still. Poured a hazy bright amber/orange color with minimal head. Aroma was malts, over ripe fruit, caramel, earth, pine. Flavor had caramel, orange, earth, pine, bitter. Full body and a sticky thick texture. Ok carbonation and bitter to end. Not bad for being as old as it was. Iíd love to try a fresh can within two weeks canned to compare how it is.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
From a growler purchased earlier in the day. Dank and skunky nose. Pours moderate yellow golden with a few inches of sticky white head. Mouthfeel is very nice. Somewhat thick and sticky but not too much. Drinks easy. Taste is that herbal, grassy mosaic flavor. Not much alcohol. OK, but not great and it was pretty expensive. I liked OTWOA much better.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can courtesy of Summer Santa. Thank you Nibleprop! Pours hazy burnt orange with a small creamy offwhite head that leaves some sticky lacing and trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty, dank, fruity and grassy with white bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, pomelo, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, lemon grass, minerals, alcohol, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, oily, tiny viscous, tiny astringent, slightly boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and slightly bitter with sweet bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, tangerines, mango, pineapple, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, resin, watermelon rinds, grape skins, orange zest and lemon zest. Usually not a fan of the sweet 10%-ish abv IIPAs but this one is great. Fresh (couldnít find a canned on date but smells like itís in good shape), dank, fruity, grassy and balanced with sweet malts, medium bitterness and hints of Campari booze. Legit!

Can shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy complex earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Spacebar. Orange-gold with small white head. Citrus and floral hops, hints of lemongrass and pine. Dense and chewy. Aftertaste is pleasantly bitter without any faceslap or lingering dankness. This is good.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is probably the best beer Iíve had from DC Brau. Itís pretty over the top. Iím so happy to hear that they plan to make more limited release and specialty brews. These are the types of beers that allow brewers and their breweries to shine. The dank aroma of pine, grapefruit, armpit stank, and citrus peel is pungent and in your face. The taste is not far behind with tons of juicy hops delivered by a rich malt body. Finish is bitter, sweet, lingers and yet changing... Overall, keep aiming for the stars you just might get there with solar...

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours cloudy golden color with foamy white head. Aroma explodes out of the can as soon as it is cracked open. Huge Citrus and grapefruit , sweet pineapple and dank pine resin aroma. First sip of this brew and you are kicked in the teeth with huge citrus hops and citrus rind, followed by sweet ripe pineapple. Finishes with bitter grapefruit rind and pine resin. Excellent beer. Thanks to Maxbier for making this one possible.
