Growler filled at the brewery on 03/16/13. A hazy amber pour with a thick beige head. Lots of ripe bananas, bubblegum, candi sugar, Golden Delicious apples, peaches, coriander, green grapes, lemon-lime, and a graininess in the aroma. Goes down medium to full-bodied and kinda syrupy at the start, yet with a fairly crisp finish. Interesting... Quite sweet upfront taste-wise with plenty of bananas, bubblegum, candi sugar, peaches, and Golden Delicious apples. There is a transition to tangy lemon-lime flavors, zesty citrus rinds, and a sizable wheaty/graininess at the end. Hints of spice throughout. The alcohol is well-hidden considering this is 10% ABV. Incredibly drinkable for a tripel. A unique and interesting take on the style.

Tap at Rustico. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is Belgian candi sugar, fruity esters and light spicy hops with cracker and biscuit malt. Flavor is dry malt with Belgian yeast esters, candi sugar, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Full body and medium carbonation.

Growler provided by Travlr. Thanks Gene! Poured a clear golden color with not a lot of head. Aroma was some light malts, sweetness - pretty enjoyable. Touch of yeast character, light, sweet malts, touch of citrus. Alcohol is pretty well hidden.

thin good, head gone fast, tepid. Banana nose is lighter than expected, dusty grain and light paint. Flavor is grainy, paint thinner, light, sugars in the end. Odd mix of styles, cuts sweetness but also focus.
