COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits can’t help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you won’t be able to pass up!

Well executed west coast IPA. Big pine and citrus, moderate resin. Tangy in the middle, maybe tangerine, with lingering bitterness. Light cereal backbone. Cloudy. Solid choice when fresh.

Pours a medium amber with a nice 2 fingers of off-white head in my tulip glass. Nose is lemony and grassy with a bit of a toasty, biscuity note. Taste has bitter grapefruit and grass notes from the hops and a bit of a subdued roasted malt backbone to round it out. Creamy, medium body. Nice hop forward IPA from my old city!

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2014. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty spicy hoppy piney flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy bitter finish.

Prufrockstar (1017) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 6, 2014
Draft at ChurchKey. Clear amber pour, nice offwhite head, good retention and lacing. Big fruity hop aroma, accented by pine and more grapefruit. Taste: reasonably dry, assertively bitter finish. Just enough sweetness to keep it balanced. Medium body, oily texture. Really quite nice, much better than I recall from the can that was shared months ago.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours clear, rich orange with a light, creamy topping. Lightly tangy citrus with ample pine needles and grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Piney bitterness on the finish with decent malty balance. Nice.

DC Brau ventures down a worn path with its IPA. Citrus hop aroma, moderate bitterness, and malt sweetness in this medium bodied orange colored India Pale Ale. Flavors come together seemlessly and suffers no ill effects being canned.

Can. i am surprised to see this scored so highly. it is a solid beer. Grain aroma, some home. Moderate bitterness; sweet caramel, and dry finish.

Hazy amber color, with small head. A bit resiny, cereally, bitter, but definitively tasting like an old IPA.

355mL can, pours an opaque amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, some resin, and light caramel bready malts. Flavour is rather murky, with muffled earthy hops and some lightly caramel bready malts. Not a very impressive IPA, too muffled and murky, with a yeasty quality. Drinkable, but not great.
