COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits can’t help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you won’t be able to pass up!

Pleasurably soapy and sweet aroma of marshmallow peeps, orange peel, orange blossoms, and grapefruit. Clear amber, thick yellow head, nice lacing. Honey, thistle, and lemongrass flavor. Bubblegum present, alcohol is not. Fantastic balance, dynamic. This is really awesome.

Hazy amber pour strong piney hop aroma. Fizzy and not too heavy. Probably the best canned ipa I’ve ever had.

Thanks to jcartamdg for sharing this one. Cheers, Jason! Pours a hazy amber-copper with a white head. Beautiful color for an IPA. Nose is a nice blend of big caramel, some piney hops, some grassy bitterness, and some spices and almost an oniony presence: Summit hops, maybe? Flavor is caramel, onion, assertive pine hops, and some lingering bitterness into the finish. Medium in body and nice overall.

Pours a hazy dark amber red with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus and pine with some added malt. Taste is very bitter, lots of pine, grapefruit and malt at the end. Not bad ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can, unknown date. Served at around 40-45F.

Pours hazy red/orange/amber with a three finger foamy off-white head that leaves rings of lacing behind and has excellent retention.

Aroma is citrus, blood orange, pineapple, fruity hops, pine, bready and caramel malt. Good strength.

Flavor is citrusy, piney, fruit and resinous hops, decent caramel malt backbone, mild sweetness, solid bitterness, mild alcohol.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation.

Very good IPA. Has some malt balance, but the hops ultimately shine. Been wanting to try some DC Brau stuff for a while and glad to have an opportunity to do so.

This is a pretty good beer but nothing great and amazing. If I was left with no other choice I might drink this but even then I wouldn’t enjoy that much.

Thanks to my brother in law for this belated Christmas gift. Pours a hazy amber, lots of floating particles, big creamy head, nice lacing. the aroma is more biscuit and malt with a bit of pine. The flavor has the nice malt backbone with a good amount of bitter hops coming through. A very solid beer.

Can. Pours a nice cloudy amber colour with nice off-white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of citrus. Nice hop. Was expecting better, but still liked this IPA.

Draft at churchkey. Smells delicious, like strong hops and citrus. Tastes like citrus, pine, and dry hops. Not too bitter. Smooth with a light foamy head.
