Can. Pours a nice cloudy amber colour with nice off-white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of citrus. Nice hop. Was expecting better, but still liked this IPA.

Draft at churchkey. Smells delicious, like strong hops and citrus. Tastes like citrus, pine, and dry hops. Not too bitter. Smooth with a light foamy head.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAR 11, 2013 From a three part tasting at Churchkey (Peeper, Corruption, Double Jack). Of the three this was my least favored - a matter of my taste not beer quality. It was presented as an "American" IPA. By comparison, it was light on the citrus and floral notes, favoring an assertive, resinous bitter with a slightly malty center. A deeper brownish-gold. Nice beer, just not what I was looking for that night.
Re-rating - upgraded it relative to other IPAís Iíve been tasting.

12oz Can. Honey color pour. Decent head with some cling. Nose is a blast of citrus and hops. Taste is sweet citrus and a fairly decent malt backbone for a single IPA. Not bad.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Amber color beer with a lot of suspended particles in it. Fluffy yellowish head. Bright fresh citrus hop nose. Chewy hop bitterness with lots of red grapefruit, apricot, hop resin and some grass. Long pinching hop bitterness. There is enough coarse bread maltiness and a hint of caramel sweetness to provide some balance. My only problem with canned beer is that I canít see the sediment when I pour the beer.

Can into tulip glass. Dark cloudy amber color with a finger of creamy off-white head that disappears in a minute. Aroma of strong grapefruit, citrus and piney hops. Taste is a nice hop bite, somewhat floral and earthy, finishing off with light malt sweetness. Medium body and mouth-feel, nicely balanced with lingering bitterness. Very hop focused and robust, very nice.
