COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits can’t help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you won’t be able to pass up!

Sample at Birch And Barley/Churchkey. Hazy copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, pine and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, citrus and smoky malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tap @ Birch & Barley. Copper with foamy cream head and generous lacing. Smells dank and sweet with a hint of grapefruit. Taste is a little chivey then hoppy. Bubbly at the front of the mouth, then slick.

Head hop nose with hints of citrus and pine, deep amber appearance with white head, nice malty backbone to compliment the piney hop flavor.

Aroma: very weak with a subtle piney hop aroma coming through. Taste: A strong spruce and piney hop characteristics but felt like it was missing something. Palate & Finish: It was also a little flat. The finish was abrupt. Overall: I didn’t enjoy this IPA as I feel it was missing complexity but would like to try it again if I have the chance. I had this beer in a can while visiting a friend in D.C. I purchased it to try a local brew that I couldn’t get back home in Wisconsin.

broomstraw dark tan brew with powerful enough festered malt and some hop. more pine and more cheap cigar all day in pie hole the beer has some butterscotch. silky enough body and mouthfeel to go against dirty flavor. probably better ice cold and good as it is.
