The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits can’t help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you won’t be able to pass up!

Dark orange pour. Hops are well balanced making this a session able IPA. Very well done, an all around good ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can 07/21/14. Nose heavy pine with caramel and earth, strong dose of citrus just behind, joined finally by the most notable element, the fresh lychee! Hazy amber-orange pour with a rocky beige head. Taste semi-sweet and loaded with inoffensive resin and caramel, little bit of spice and toffee, earth. Candied lemon peel, soft spicy grain and near-wheat, light fruit but more crystal-like than yeast-driven. Touch of dough, lots of wood (pine), everything still fresh and downable, hops are assertive but don’t outstrip the malt, that’s two well-balanced IPAs in a row for me, heady times after the West Coast invasion.

Sample at Great British Beer Festival 2014. Clear golden/copper beer with almost no head. Yeasty fruity aroma, grapes, hay, bread notes. Fruity hop flavor, spicy, floral, grapes, some hay.

Very nice murky copper pour w/ a nice white head that leaves lacing. Has an awesome hop aroma that can be smelled cleared across the room! The citrus & pine notes on the nose fade into a harsh bitterness. Not that pleasant on the palate but finishes fairly smooth after the bitter burst. I can see why the hop heads love this.

12 oz. can carried back from the brewery from a friend. Orange / copper type color with weak head retention aroma is nice, pine hops, candy sugar and mild sweet malts.

Flavor displays herbal and piney hops with hints of dank marijuana notes toward the back end of the sip. Just enough sweet bread malts to balance the sharp lingering pine and dank notes. Pretty tasty.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy dark amber beer. A few pale cream colour bubbles fail to make a head. Palate is semi dry and a little crisp. Light malts, whisper of caramel. Decent orange and tangerine marmalade hops. Light hop spice. Traces of lemon and floral things. Light semi dry finish. Nice.

12 oz can. Very drinkable malts as well as citrus hop aromatics. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with lots of flavor. Really love this type of IPA.

Gravity at GBBF 2014. Poured a hazy dark gold, with a rocky white head. Aroma of candy sugar, peal and straw. Bitter hop resin flavours, with some grapefruit and malt sweetness in the background. Finish was dry grain, bitter hop and golden syrup.

Gravity dispense at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Clear amber/dark orange with moderate lght beige covering. Nose is juicy hops, caramel malt, spice, pine jacket, orange pith, light mineral ntoes. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, good level of pine, citric rinds, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough IPA, would imagine better via keg!

Can. Slightly hazy light orange pour. About 6 weeks from canning, but it seems like it’s really fallen off. Muted hops and Cheerios coming across. Grainy. Meh.
