The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits canít help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you wonít be able to pass up!

Can into tulip glass. Dark cloudy amber color with a finger of creamy off-white head that disappears in a minute. Aroma of strong grapefruit, citrus and piney hops. Taste is a nice hop bite, somewhat floral and earthy, finishing off with light malt sweetness. Medium body and mouth-feel, nicely balanced with lingering bitterness. Very hop focused and robust, very nice.

Pours a slightly hazy, dark golden copper with apricot edges and a 1.5 finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Decent retention with streaks of soapy lacing left behind. A little dark for the style and looks exactly like their pale ale. I donít even think the head brewer could tell them apart. Slightly grassy, earthy aroma with some resinous pine and floral hops but overall, the aroma of this beer is really weak for the style with a ton of malt sweetness in the nose. This was canned exactly two weeks ago and the hop presence is minimal at best. Some pine needle and spruce tip but its severely muted by lots of caramel sweetness, toffee and biscuit. Very disappointing. On the fuller end of medium bodied with earthy hop bitterness thatís countered by a prominent sweet malt backbone. Again, there is some earthy/resinous, dry bitterness but the hops are almost completely overpowered by the strong malt flavors. Some grassy pine and sticky spruce tip followed by strong caramel sweetness, dark fruit, roasted nut, toffee and biscuit. Overall, this beer was a pretty big letdown for me. One dimensional hop profile and the malt character is way too strong for the style. Their pale ale is more complex, better balanced and possesses more interesting hop flavor.

Draught at the airport. Pours a mostly clear darker amber color with a moderate off white head on there. Nose has a bit of resin notes to it. Taste is nice and bitter, but has a weird sweetness on the finish. Ok, but not my favorite.

Can. Pours a clear copper body with a one finger fizzy off-white head that left some sticky lace. The nose is citrusy and bright with a little too much caramel malt sweetness. The flavor is fairly balanced between the hops and malt, maybe a bit slanted towards the malt actually. Fairly bitter and citrusy up front, but the heavy caramel sweetness takes over and really lingers on the finish. Medium bodied and fairly sturdy with soft fizzy carbonation. Meh, not really my preference for the style.
