Can: Poured a bright orangey/amber color ale with a nice big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit notes with dry caramel notes. Taste is very refreshing with solid floral notes of citrus and grapefruit with limited bitterness and some dry caramel malt notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Solid rendition of the style with great drinkability factor.

A really good pale ale. Cloudy orange color with an average head, the aroma is malty and slightly tart. Pineapple and butterscotch notes, too. The best thing about the flavor is the hops. They’re big. They cold have marketed this thing as an IPA and I’ve had called it a slightly mild but tasty IPA. I really enjoyed this.

12oz can. Looks golden. Aroma of nice floral and lightly citrusy hops and a little pale and caramel malts. Flavor the same, with a nice blend of hops and malts. Average texture. A pretty good pale ale.

On tap. Murky copper pour with a white head. Aroma is pine, bitterness, light underlying citrus, and a grainy, sweet malt backbone. Taste is mostly bitter hops with pine and corse, sweet malt. Slightly coating mouthfeel. Somewhat rough but nice beer that drinks closer to an IPA.

Can in a trade. Aroma is a light floral and citrus. Flavor is a light piney, floral, citrus, and a touch of malty caramel, overall a balanced pale.

Hazy amber pour small fizzy head. Piney hop notes. Very much like the ipa by dc brau but a tad on the lighter side.

Can. Hazy orange amber pour with minimal head. Lemon bread, citrus, honey. Not too strong a carbonation but goes well with the medium body and slight sweet bitter body. Pretty good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
