COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Public is a delicious easy drinking pale ale made from a simple recipe of quality grain and top notch American hops. Tawny hues of caramel and amber are a trademark of the Public ale as well as a delicious spruce crispness resulting from a beautiful abundance of hops! Truly an American style ale for the public.

Very nice, hoppy aroma. Crisp, lightly bitter hops, light malt, earthy, pine. A very nice and full finish. Not too bitter or dry, the end of this one is very nice.

Thanks to deadCATAtlanta for bringing this back for my DC tick. Pours dark amber and clear with thin white head. Scent is wonderful. Taste is overly bitter for an APA. Bit of chalkiness to mouthfeel. Can - Gift from deadCATAtlanta

Fresh can at Percy, pours reddish golden with medium off white head, good lacing. Aromas and flavor of bitter hops, pine, malt. A little aggressive, reminds me of an amber ale. Needed more grapefruit and citrus for me.

Moderate sized off-white head of fine and creamy bubbles. Springtime aromas with some succulent piney hops, oranges, light roasted grains and fresh cut grass. Color is a slightly hazy copper. Wow, more springtime in the flavor. Lots of fresh grass, flowers, a hint of lemon and roasted grains. Rather up front bitterness that keeps the mouth asking for more. Lingering roastyness and bitterness. Very easy drinking for a beer with such considerable bitterness. A very very good APA.

12oz can, thanks to somebody for sharing after the Jackie-O’s 8th Anniversary. Probably Travlr. Very last beer of the night for me. It took some effort to rate this. Hazy orange amber color. Thin, half-inch off-white head. Good rows and dots of lace. Smooth, soft, crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Good, biscuity malt, lightly grapefruity, citrusy hop aroma. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, lightly dry, sweet finish. Interesting pale ale. Lightly spicy hop aroma. Good above average hoppy spicy earthy aroma. Good pale ale.
