The Public is a delicious easy drinking pale ale made from a simple recipe of quality grain and top notch American hops. A hazy gold pour with white head. The aroma has light grapefruit and pine. It has a medium body with an oily texture and lively carbonation. The taste was mildly bitter followed by a smooth finish.

thanks to my brother for this 1 Pours clear copper with a medium-large, creamy cream colored head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (biscuit, caramel, toast), heavy hops (earthy, herbal), and average esters (fruity). Flavor is malty with hop dominance and bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, low warmth with a dry finish

Golden amber pour with a small white head. Lots of grassy citrus herbals and hints of resinous evergreen lead to light caramel malt character. Medium body with great effervescence and a clean spicy hop finish. Yummy!

33 cl can thanks to Travlr. Hazy orange pour with a large off white head. Nose is fresh hops, newly cut grass, grapefruit, citrus, sweet melon, a hint of cats piss, slightly herbal and spicy, a hint of thyme. Taste is more malt forward, rather funny hop profile, very spicy and herbal, thyme, rosemary, oranges, kiwi, not considerably bitter for a pale ale, has a nice deal of malt sweetness, only just balanced by the hop bitterness. Decent, very unique, and another state tick thanks to Gene.

On tap. Amber with some off white head. Crisp hop aroma (maybe cascade), but somewhat mild compared to west coast pale ales. Good amount of earthy bitterness in flavor, but not much floral. Slightly creamy palat. Bitter finish.

Pour out of 12 oz can, big thanks to the long chain of people who got this for me. Dark hazy orange-red pour with nice fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, biscuit, slight yeast and earth, hints of pear, touch of orange peel, grapefruit and lemon. Taste is a mix of caramel, biscuit, slight lemon and orange notes, some grassy notes as well with a hint of vanilla, finishing with a nice burst of grass and pine on the back, bitters well. Tasty.

This poured a darker yellow to orange color with a white head. Aroma was of milder citrusy hops, some caramel and light grain. Flavor was about the same, medium bitterness, light fruit, and decent malt backbone. Average for the style.
