Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy banana, artificial sweet banana, candy foam banana, exotic fruit sweet. Flavor is moderate artificial banana sweet and light light candy acidic with a average to long duration, leather. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090924]

An orange beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and banana. The flavor is sweet spicy and with strong notes of banana. Reminds me of mashed bananas with cloves. The end has a slight touch of toffee and is quite dry. Weird.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a firm white head. Almost violent aroma of rotten bananas. Medium body, heavy carbonation, banana esters, sulphur, chemicals and phenols.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is bake yeast, banana, phenolic and mild citrusy. Soapwashy, banana and citric flavoured with a phenolic note from back the nose. Dry and phenolic finish.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Hazy amber colour with mediumsized off-white fluffy/foamy head. Aroma is ginger, banana and some yeasty notes. Flavour is banana, some caramel malts, toffee and spicy notes as well. Mild fruity hops in the finish. Bigtime bananish gingery aftertaste. For being 7 % this is quite nice, as alcohol is wellhidden.

Hazy yellow with a medium off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with banana notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with yeast, sulphur, banana and milky notes. Finished sweet.

(750ml bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of banana taffy, vanilla wafers, angel food cake, and baked apple. Flavor of banana, light citrus, vanilla wafers, and yeast.

On tap at Kent BF 2006. Copper colour with thick beige head. Ripe banana aroma. Lots of fruity esters. Good in mouth, fullish and then sweet dried fruit and banana finish. Alcohol is there, but doesn’t overpower the other flavours. It does certainly grow on you after my initial doubts.

Bottled (CK). Hazy orange color, good white head, floating yeast, beer came out of the bottle by force. Aroma has some banana, but also more like Belgian ale kind of mango, apricot fruity and spicey notes. Medium-bodied. Banana fruity with orange’s white underskin flavors. Also some cheap red wine, grapefruits, yeast and spices there. Aroma was more promising than the flavor, but at least this is not anything like Mongozo Banana.

(750ml bottle) Cloudy apple cider body with yeast flecks. Aroma is medium sweet, apple, banana. Taste is moderately sweet, banana, raisin, some alcohol. Creamy medium body.
