After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a yeasty thick orange and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a light caramel touch . This beer smells malty.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, malt, flowers, moderate yeasty, fruiy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, bush - gageltje ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours slight unclear golden with a small white head. Grass, grain and peach. Mild herbs and fruity hops. Medium bodied. Ends dry and bitter.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and a little caramel. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, fruit, caramel, spices, hop, little toffee and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Grainy aroma with some floral notes, and an unpleasant vegetable/herbal note. Sweet grainy and herbal flavour with a fruity and sugary touch
