Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, tart malt - yeast notes, light to moderate yeasty, dried fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Slightly tart and rustic woody nose. Medium body, a little initial caramel sweetness but then comes this woody tartness like in a traditional Flemish Brown. Ends dry and more tart than bitter. Quite interesting really. 030412

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel and tiny bit tart. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, little toffee, medium sweet and tiny bit citric.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Smooth fruity and light citric flavoured. Bitter and light citric flavoured. Smooth fruity and citric finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt, berries and hops.

thanks to jbrus for the bottle. Yeasty, malty, ginger aroma. Cloudy, orange coloured with a lasting off-white, creamy head. Malty-sweet taste with spices (ginger and yeast. More bitter in the end. Decent brew.

Slightly hazy copper color, short off-white head. Aroma of caramel and amber malts, some hop. Caramelly taste, quite bitter and sweet. Bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2004 Fruity but yeasty aroma. Cloudy, orange color, off-white head, few lace. Sweet malty start, fruity, caramel, bit yeasty and bitter in the finish with a medium body.
