Dark brown color. As usual a Dutch bock based on caramel (maybe a better taste and body than many others), with a light nutty touch.

Ungstrup (26193) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2006
A hazy amber beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of berries, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and caramel, leading to a dry roasted end. But the body is somewhat thin.

Hunsell (400) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 12, 2005
Nearly black beer with a small beige head. Aroma of dark (toasted) malts, maybe even a bit salmiak-like? Strange.. Full taste, again weird. Dark malts, hint of caramel, but mainly fairly bitter. Strangely enough there was a dusty yeasty taste like the Oijenbeers have. All in all very interesting.
