1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 hughie (3994) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, - SEP 23, 2009Bottle from GBBF ’09. Yellowish grey and hazy with a massive white head. Fruity or at least vegetal aroma, not particularly like mango. Maybe a little mint. A taste something akin to soluble aspirin with a sharp dry finish. Not what I expected. Not what I wanted.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 madmitch76 (10007) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 2, 2012
7th November 2009 Hazy pale gold beer. Thin suddy head. Light malt and generic fruit nose. Frothy dry palate. Turns even frothier! Light aromatic malt with a trace of spice. The mango is a light presence in the background and is somewhat insipid. An apologetic fruit beer that goes nowhere. Bonus points for the light airy palate.

On tap at GBBF 2011. Pours golden with a small white head. Mango features in the aroma with a slight dryness and sweetness. Fruity taste with mango, passion fruit and a faint hint of grass.Medium bodied with good amount of carbonation. Enjoyable and refreshing.

Pretty lame fruit beer. Tastes a bit syruppy in stead of natural. On the watery side also. Smells not bad, but taste is just lacking.

Hazy, peach colour. Sweet aroma with a little hop. Thin, watery texture. Light sweetness, not too sweet considering the mango. Tastes a lot like mango (obviously).
