Dregs of the bottle at the 17th kerstbierfest. Murky yellow, medium off white head. Aroma is grass, meadow, citrus. Taste is rising bread and spiced citrus.

Little cloudy red brown beer, big beige aery head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: toasted malts, caramel, bit metallic, bready yeast, bit dusty, toast, some candi sugar. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: sweet malty start, caramel too, but then it gets bitter pretty fast. Toast and mocha notes, citrus spritz, hops. On warming up more sweet malts and dark chocolate. Aftertaste: bitter dark chocolate, grassy, lemon, spicy (mainly pepper), dry hoppy ending with sour citrus notes (like in a Duvel). Original and ok beer!

Sampled at OBER Kerstbierfestival Essen 2011. Unclear amber color, small off-white to beige head. Smell alcohol, sweetness, herbs or spices. Taste alcohol, sweetness, herbs. Slightly bitter finish. Too much carbonation, medium body.
