Danish Easter brew with proud traditions. Brewed carefully from malted barley from own fields and added hops.

Bottle. Creamy white fair head. Amber colour. Moderate malty flavor. Caramellic flavor, average finish. Watery palate.Soft carbonated.

Clear light amber color with fine head. Normal premium lager. No hints of spice or other ingrediens which could justify it beeing a spring beer!

Bottled: Golden coloured. Light hazy. Fluffy off white head. Sweet fruity and light herbal aroma. Flavour of caramel, fruits, some sweetness and light herbs. Is medium bodied. Is very light bitter and quite fruity in the end. Easy to drink.

Bottle, at home. Light brown with a beige head. Aroma moderat malty (caramel), and light hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter. Light to medium body, oily, soft carbonated. Fine.

Pretty amber colour but the head didn’t impress me. Very pleasant and true to the Danish traditions. The best of the 5 Gaarde so far but obviously not too exciting...

Bottle. Dark orange colour, stable head. Dusty flavour, caramel, a little citric. Aftertaste is sharply bitter. Carbonation and mouthfeel are OK smooth.
