Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear deep golden – bordering amber – with an off-white head. Sweet brown sugar in the nose with subtle roast. Medium body, a little molasses, a whiff of metal and again subtle roast. Subdued hops. Drinkable. 260112

barley, hops, burnt sugar. This beer i want to taste again, it is a dunkel bock.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a big, creamy beige head. Aroma is sweet and malty; notes of molasses and bread, and an overtone of honey. Flavour is pretty much the same, with a fat note to it. Sweet, bread finish with a medium bitterness, a tart note and some notes of metal lingering. Alcohol touch as it warms. Although not fantastic, I was still pleasantly surprised by this one, as De 5 Gaarde brews tend to suck the big one. 04.04.12.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear brown - offwhite head. High malty, sweetness, ryebread, dark bread, nutty, fruity notes, roasted, lots of ryebread. Very simple.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, rbead and grass. Sweet flavour of caramel, bread and grass. Sweet and hoppy finish.

cloudy brown, smooth small light brown head. aroma is very malty, ver faint fruity. flavor is malty, not more than malty.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of bread, fruits and syrup. Flavour of sweetness, bread and vague earth. thin bodied. ends on a bready and sweet note.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and grain. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as hints of spices, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

Bottle at Papsø. Pours hazy amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is quite bready with notes of bread and bread. Sweet bready side notes. The flavour is sweet malty with notes of toasted rye bread.

50 cL bottle, golddigger bajer. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malt and breadish. Flat malty flavoured. Bitter and toasted. Flat malty finish.
