33cl bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Muddy murky opaque brownish yellow color, small quickly vanishing off-white head. Smell malts, herbs or spices, sweetness. Taste is the same: malts, herbs or spices, cinnamon, sweetness. Totally dislike it and certainly a total fail as a tripel. Maybe some people like this, but I sure ain’t one of them.

Bottle from ABCBeers. Pours a murky amber beer with a small white head, settles into a small ring. Aroma is full of honey and clove... wow.. some yeasty breadyness detected... Smells great. Flavour is very sweet, cloying and a bit alcoholic, yet spiced and interesting. Hints of ripe bananas and even some hops detected, vague in the background. I don’t understand the low scores, this is a very decent tripel. A bit alcoholic sweetness in the flavour, but it fits in perfect with the rest of the palate.. very nice brew!

Hazy amber brown, small off-white head. Most typical feature of this beer is wet hay. Some dough and yeast.

far to much clove in both nose and mouth... aroma appears to have some decent maltiness and some yeast, but the clove ruins a lot... nice body, good bittersweet balance.. could have been a fine beer i think

Cloudy orange with bubbly grey, thin head. Big on mandarin and light spices, but also anise, cookie dough and cinnamon, really nice. Super spicy taste. Definitely not your average tripel. It works very well in the smell but the taste is a bit too strange. Sharp aftertaste, maybe some extra malt sweetness would have been nice. Certainly a fun beer though! (33cl bottle)
