3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, 8%. Flowery, perfumy aroma, sweet, like peach candy. Almost clear shiny golden colour. Small stable white head. Good chalky mouthfeel. The flavour is rather sweet. Tastes like cookie. Very clovey. Not bad, though.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from ABCBeers. Pours a murky amber beer with a small white head, settles into a small ring. Aroma is full of honey and clove... wow.. some yeasty breadyness detected... Smells great. Flavour is very sweet, cloying and a bit alcoholic, yet spiced and interesting. Hints of ripe bananas and even some hops detected, vague in the background. I don’t understand the low scores, this is a very decent tripel. A bit alcoholic sweetness in the flavour, but it fits in perfect with the rest of the palate.. very nice brew!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, pepper, cardemomme, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, cardemomme, pepper, malt, yeast, and other spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 330 ml, into a tulip glass. ABV 7%
Bright golden orage colour on the body, a little less than two fingers of white head on top. Good retention, medium lacing let on the glass.
Aroma of yeast and spices as expected from this brewery, cinammon and clove. Fruity notes coming from the back, of peaches and apricot, trying to breath under all the spices.
Taste has lots of cinammon too, even more cloves, malts, sugar, light yeast. Faithful to the tripel profile except for thespices of course where they overdid it once again. Still, the end result is quite good.
Medium body, good carbonation.
Overall an interesting beer, yes I will mention the spices again, too much of them, sometimes less is more.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl Bottle bought from the brewer. Slighlty hazy golden orange colour, dense white head. Aroma of spice, mostly a lot of cloves, light citrus, malts. Flavour is sweet, spicy, nutmeg and cloves, light citrus bitter finish with some sweetness. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Enjoyable, different, but only nice if you really like clove.
