What a crazy one. The one I remember even some days have passed. Hoppy start with some quaffy moments but that crazy hot end will hit definitely hit you. Amazing unusual without hurting you.

Bottle from Douberd - many thanks, Christos! Beer pours out in a cloudy yellow-amber colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of hops and black pepper. Taste of pepper, chilis, hops, malt, barley and bread. Very spicy (sharp, indeed) and peppery finish. Sursprisingly special - but nice.

Bottle 330 ml, poured into a pilnser glass. ABV 5% Sort of pale golden yellow with a tall and white, very thick soapy head sitting on top. Excellent retention and some thick lacing left on the glass. Aroma is of earth, hops, grass, a bit grainy. Very nice and appealing. Taste follows the aroma, earth and grass, grains, some hops. Not extremely bitter or anything but very good. Some peppery notes coming from the back, making it light spicy, mainly on the aftertaste. I didn’t see that coming. Medium thin body, nice soft carbonation. Overall a quite good pilsner, and the pepper aftertaste gives it a nice twist.

Not so sharp as the name suggests, but more modest and gentle. Standard pilsner.

Straw colour with slight head. Round hoppy aroma. Taste is peppery. Not my kind of beer. Bit boring.

fles 30cl kleur goudgeel, witte schuyimkraag. geur: mout, kruiden en peper. Smaak: bitter, zacht en kruidig. In de afdronk komt de peper naar voren en dat proef je erg lang na.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, light citrus fruitiness and spiciness (coriander, light pepper), light hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness with citrus, light spiciness and hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish, light citrus and light bit sharp spiciness, light hoppyness with yeast. Interesting dryish and lightly spiced "pils".
