sayravai (4674) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 6, 2010
(Bottled) Hazy amber with a medium, big-bubbly and lacy head. Mild aroma of dried fruit and vegetably-caramely notes. Slightly roasty and smoky flavor with anise spiciness and dried fruit and berryish notes. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Gets a bit better with yeast, but overall this is not very impressive. I love mushrooms, but didnít taste them here. 3336

Countbeer (4393) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - AUG 29, 2010
Bottle: Big off white to light brown foamy head, disappears slow. Dark amber to brownish orange. Smell is very light: a mix of hops, malts and hints of spices. A very soft hint of something soft; butter/mushroom-ish. Taste is fresh and soft on the tonge ,medium body that changes into a more spicier, bit sharper and dry hoppy taste. Spices, hops, fruit (yellow fruit), malts, hint of (brown) sugar. Ends with a long lasting taste of slight bitter, fruity and light dry-ish, still very soft on the tonge, aftertaste. Well balanced with the softness (mushrooms) and carbonation.
