Bottle. A big, foamy beige head sits on top of a clear, dark amber body. Fruity, slightly yeast nose with a touch of caramel. Some alcohol and dark berries. It’s dry and full-bodied, slightly warming, with dried fruits, caramel, some canned tropical fruits and a little bitterness. Yeast notes and bitterness in the else fruity finish. A decent beer that’s not too well put together. 110612

Medium carbonation, dry and kinda light mouthfeel. Flavour has coriander, caramel, cloves, red apple. Quite dusty dry finish. Different and quite fine.
