Countbeer (3667) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - OCT 25, 2010
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Big off white foamy head, disappears slow.
Almost clear orange color (bit cloudy)
Smell is a very fine mix of spices, hops, fruit, citrus, banana, flowery and slight hint of malts and sweets.
Taste is just a bit watery but changes direct into a nice and fuller taste: hops, citrus, fruits, grapefruit, bitter, grassy, sweets, light flowery and spicy.
Bitter and dry in the end. More like a smooth IPA!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottled) Hazy amber with a smallish, firm head. Herby-grassy-flowery nose with a touch of caramely malt. Caramely-malty flavor with a distinctive herby-aromatic note, like dandelions and grass, and a touch of birch leaves. Moderate late bitterness. Light to medium body, quite refreshing and clean with smooth carbonation. Quite interesting and refreshing brew. Looking forward for more from this brewery. 3434

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orange beer with an ochre shine, small ochre head. Very aromatic grapey smell, and toasted malts behind for backing. Again aromatic grapes flavour, even muscat grapes, ending in honey-covered malts. Very spritzy MF, medium bodied, just slightly less flavourful in the palate. AHA! Thatís a pretty good one from the 7de Hemel.... Or from Dirk Naudts?

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pale amber color. Peach and soft floral hops in the aroma. Floral, citric, slightly perfumed flavor, lingering on in the hopbitter aftertaste. Tasty, maybe a bit sharp, but well balanced.
