Countbeer (1943) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - NOV 29, 2010
Bottle: Big off white foamy head on top of cloudy deep dark orange to an orange brown colored beer. Smell hop, caramel, spices, herbs, fruit, grapefruit, citrus, mealy, flowers and malts. Taste is a bit strange but a fine mix of spices, cloves, cinnamon, light peppery, herbs, tea, fruit, hops, citrus and malts. Good mix of sweet and bitter.

Hazy goldblond coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation visible. Spicy hoppy aroma. Full palate slightly sparkling. Finish is spicy bitter ending a bit dry.

sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 6, 2010
(Bottled) Clear red-amber with a smallish, big-bubbly and lacy, partly lasting head. Sweetish-candy-caramely aroma with resiny-junipery notes. Flavor is also slightly sweet, soapy-aromatic, mildly fruity and even vegetably, yet alcohol well hidden and overall quite smooth, warming and tasty. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Very slightly alcoholic and vegetably, but remains enjoyable. 5236

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 12, 2010
Bottle, 8.5%. Very fruity aroma, berries. Cloudy dark amber colour. Almost no head. The flavour is sweet and spicy. Berries and a hint of aniseed. Actually not so bad. Perhaps too sweet, but with a good citric note.

caesar (3748) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - NOV 21, 2010
Bottled. Almost clear amber color, thick off-white head. Quite spicy aroma, clove, even some cinnamon or nutmeg perhaps, hint of caramel, bit oranges, licorice. Quite spicy taste as well, quite dry. Finishes bit more sweet and licorice like. Slightly overspiced perhaps, but when the licorice comes in it gets more balanced. Especially for the dark winter period.

Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Spicy nose - a little ginger I believe with some phenols as well. Solid body, some fruit and caramel again with loads of gingery spiciness. Warming alcohol in the finish - quite some actually. 230310
