Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk.
Slight gusher. Pours a nice, golden, ruby red. Small, fizzy, beige head on top. Aroma has lots of red currants, some caramel and light viniousness. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit weird, the fruitiness very subdued behind milky chocolate and roasted notes. There is a sourish touch to it as well. Not really that impressive.

Bottle, 8%. Weak vinous aroma, hint of yeast. Almost clear brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour starts off vinous, turning roasted. I would have liked it a little sweeter, but good and well-balanced.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours hazy brown with a fully gone head. Mild caramel note mixed with a classic yeasty aroma. Sweet malty, light roasted and vaguely spiced - mixed with a light chocolate smooth flavour. Smooth and light yeasty finish with a lasting malt flavour impression.

A little hazy red/brown colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of chocolate malt, some dark fruitsand hops. The taste is full of dark fruits like raisin and prune. A little chocolate flavor. Some bitter and hints of aniseed. The aftertaste is little bittersweet.

CapedBrewsader (265) - Brasschaat, BELGIUM - MAY 21, 2008
33cl bottle at home: pretty clear deep cherry wood color brew with fading creamy tan head. Aromas of dried cherries, raisins, and some cocoa. Pretty sweet. Some earthyness, perhaps in the cocoa. Slight green bark in the background. CO2 sting as the beer passes over the tongue. Deep rooted herbal bite rides on the CO2 before malt and mixed fruit come in. Toffee notes in the middle. Some burnt caramel intermingles with dates, figs and prunes. Finishes with cocoa powder, herbs and again a green herbal bitterness. Hot alcohol flares up on the end.
