Bottle, thanks MIP. Pale golden, white head. Neutral nose. Gunpowdery intro, straw malt middle, light body, herbal dry finish. I’m not a big fan of this brewery I guess.

It’s golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes like the aroma + some straw, and the finish is slightly dry + bitter.

Pale yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of butter, bitter and malt. A flavor of hops and butter, and sparkling.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A small, off-white head sits on top of a golden body. Clear. The aroma is quite weak, with pale malts and some fruityness. Flavorwise it’s much the same, but more interesting. Medium body, smooth carbonation. A bit metallic in the else bitter, malty and fruity finish. Drinks easily, but is too boring. 110129

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, dry straw, wet straw, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dry straw, vegetable notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of hay and malt. Taste is light sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Dry, grainy and grassy. Bitter and dry flavor. Medium bodied.

(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Rather discreet aroma: sweet and slightly bready, minimal doughy nose with shy notes of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Malty, softly grainy and minimal chalky taste with a shy hoppy spice in the background; medium-dry malt-accented finish with a delicate hops character. Not bad, just a bit plain. 07.X.08

Bottled 0,50L. Limpid yellow color with good fizzy aspect. Much lively and crisp, a lot abundant and explosive head. Simple but balanced aroma, pleasant herbaceous notes and little other. Moderately bitter taste, refreshing, with light malty and cereals notes.

Bottle (purchased at Zur Sonne): Golder, smaller, but persistent lacy white head; moderate sweetish-grassy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; light hoppy influences in the sweet-grainy finish. Good Helles......
