MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUN 17, 2008
(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a giant foamy white head. Quite phenolic nose with cloves and band aid while fruity esters and wheaty notes stay permanently in the background. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. In contrast to its aroma the taste surprisingly grainy and wheat-malty, but again with a rather restrained fruit-character; moderately sweet wheaty and slightly sour finish. Ordinary Wheat (10.06.08).

Bottle, thanks MIP. Cloudy yellow, relatively low head. Banana-cake aroma. Sweet base - a bit clove and a good amount of bananapudding. Spicy aftertaste. Medium body fine sparkly mouthfeel. Quite sticky sweet finish.
