3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
375 ml bottle; corked & caged. Aroma of raspberries. Garnet/mahogany color with a decent pink/white head. Flavor starts mildly sweet, with some offsetting bitter like raspberry seed. Quite a bit of floral overtones, and there is mild acidity. Also somewhat perfumey. Certainly superior to most Belgian raspberry fruit beers.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
375ml bottle. Corked in 2005, still fresh and enjoyable in April 2008. Murky fruity red-black raspberry color. Delicious and delightful aroma. Over the top raspberry beer. This is the real deal. Iíd drink this morning, noon, and night if I could afford to. Absolutely delicious beverage. This is an exceptional framboise, albeit a little sugary sweet.

From the bottle this poured a clear ruby body having a brownish tint to it. The modest pinkish-white head lingers none too long but the sides of the glass get well laced nonetheless. The aroma is a sweet and candy-like raspberry. The flavor tastes more like the fresh fruit, having a slightly tart twang to it. I much preferred the Kriek.

nice deep red color with tanish or pinkish head. I could smell the raspberry as soon as i opened the bottle. It has an odd bite to tyhe aroma that i canít describe It drinks to much like a wine cooler. But none the less, i still liked it.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a pink cranberry color w/ a modest, shortlived froth that reduces to a full canopy and fluffy lace. Aromas of mellow raspberry. Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. Flavors are a bit dull and aged. Theres a moderate tart acidity. Defined raspberry w/ some grapes. The finish is a bit tart w/ lingering fruit.

These guys seem to miss the mark all the time. Too much like tart soda pop. Slightly syrupy. Not a fan.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
im suprised that this is a fruit beer and not a lambic. looks like a lambic, does not look, taste, or smell like a fruit beer.
pours a dark blood red with a small light pinkish head.
smell is raspberry, a little malt, and some sweetness that i cant put my finger on.
taste is sour raspberry, a touch of the malts, ends a little bitter and tart, leaves mouth on the dry side.
my second try of a fruit beer, lindemans is better.

Tart raspberries on the nose. Pours cloudy red with a thin white head. Tart and sweet, fruity, it starts out right but has an artificial aftertaste.
