375ml bottle 8/31/10 Brewed by Liefmans(Corner Cottage)-46° in Flute-Pours a slightly hazy amber with no head. Aroma of raspberries. Taste of the same with a bit of tartness and jelly flavors. This light bodied brew is not bad. Another brew the wife likes.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2010 Small yellowish head over clear terracotta beer with a pinkish shine. Raspberry jam nose, raspberry or blackcurrant leaves. Sweet raspberry jam again, with a small, wry-ish earthy flavour. Retronasal something like overheated fat. Bit spritzy, slight syrupy MF, not too bad. Ubiquitous raspberry-flavoured beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This corked and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foam with a frothy top off-white colored bubbles that left behind a hazy strong bubbly carbonation brown colored body. The aroma was of bubble gum and fruity. The crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The mellow flavor contained notes of raspberry. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Cloudy pink red. Fresh aroma of raspberries. Sweet and tart. Has a well rounded malty undertone. Simple and refreshing.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
375 ml bottle; corked & caged. Aroma of raspberries. Garnet/mahogany color with a decent pink/white head. Flavor starts mildly sweet, with some offsetting bitter like raspberry seed. Quite a bit of floral overtones, and there is mild acidity. Also somewhat perfumey. Certainly superior to most Belgian raspberry fruit beers.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
375ml bottle. Corked in 2005, still fresh and enjoyable in April 2008. Murky fruity red-black raspberry color. Delicious and delightful aroma. Over the top raspberry beer. This is the real deal. I’d drink this morning, noon, and night if I could afford to. Absolutely delicious beverage. This is an exceptional framboise, albeit a little sugary sweet.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From the bottle this poured a clear ruby body having a brownish tint to it. The modest pinkish-white head lingers none too long but the sides of the glass get well laced nonetheless. The aroma is a sweet and candy-like raspberry. The flavor tastes more like the fresh fruit, having a slightly tart twang to it. I much preferred the Kriek.

nice deep red color with tanish or pinkish head. I could smell the raspberry as soon as i opened the bottle. It has an odd bite to tyhe aroma that i can’t describe It drinks to much like a wine cooler. But none the less, i still liked it.
