Mar 3, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy mahogny with a creamy beige head. Strong fudge malt aroma, with butterscotch, some nutty notes, and earthy hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, good balance with a long dry finish.

Jan 3, 2008 Draught @ Les Brasseurs de la Grand Place/BrewPub. Nutty hoppy nose. Pours amber clear colour. Creamy hoppy vanilla and spicy. Light body with some cloying and syrupy texture.

Loads of toffee in both aroma and flavour along with some milkiness.
Some grassy hoppiness.

Sep 3, 2006 Draft at the brewery: poured a brilliant clear copper with a medium beige head. Light malt and hop aroma. Mild yeast. Flavor is the same. Light caramel with some yeast and a touch of hops. Mild sweetness with a moderate sour finish. Good.
