Ambre was an excellent beer heavy with spices (paradise seeds (peppery), corriander and curacao). Very aromatic.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy mahogny with a creamy beige head. Strong fudge malt aroma, with butterscotch, some nutty notes, and earthy hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, good balance with a long dry finish.

Draft at the brewery: poured a brilliant clear copper with a medium beige head. Light malt and hop aroma. Mild yeast. Flavor is the same. Light caramel with some yeast and a touch of hops. Mild sweetness with a moderate sour finish. Good.

This was my favorite of the three offered on draught at the brewery. Very yeasty aroma like a prototypical Belgium beer. Good malty center. Smooth drinking beer.

tap at Grand Place - Pours clear light amber with a small, lingering head. The aroma is mainly caramel malt along with some yeast. It tastes of caramel malt and is balanced fairly well by some mild hops. It’s light bodied and seems to be a bit watery. Decent though.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber color with a frothy off-white head. Light caramel aroma. Near medium body with smooth carbonation. Very light roasted caramel flavor. Seems a bit dusty. Finishes very mildly bitter. Overall light in everything, but it drinks really well.
