MiP (6017), Flensburg, Germany Jul 6, 2006 Draught as "Blond". Almost clear golden colour. No head. Sourish/acidic aroma. Watery flavour, with some malt, though, and a bit citric. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 22, 2006 Draught at the brewpub Hazy blond color. Soft aroma; wheat, spices, vanilla, light hop. Light body; light malt taste, with a hint of citrus, very watery mouthfeel. Similar to a Blanche in many horrible French brewpubs. acrdz (4361), Boulder, Colorado, USA Jun 11, 2006 Updated: Aug 8, 2007Draught

Called just simple the Blonde. Has a clear yellow and gold colored body with a fluffy well-built white head. Has a soapy cannibus (sativa) nose with a sour bacteria-like yeast scent. Crisp, resembling hoegaarden with the lemon flavored yeast flavor up front. Light, a bit syrupy, candy sugar is easily evident. Simple and plain overall, but at least drinkable and decent enouhg to not dislike. jerc (3210), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 10, 2008 2008-02-28. Hazy golden yellow body with a small fast fading head. Flavour is roughly astringent at first with a sharp spice character. Aroma is sharp yeasty spice, hoppy notes, muted soapy hints. (6+) Average plus palate. A bit odd but it grows on me a bit as I get past the initial abrupt introduction. On tap at De Brouwers Grand Place, Brussels sayravai (3181), Helsinki, Finland Jul 17, 2007 (Draught) Hazy yellow-golden with a small, lightly lacy head. Lemony-malty, very sulphury aroma (dirty tap). Pale-malty, acidic flavor with lots of sulphur. Light to medium-bodied with quite low carbonation. A boring brew served from dirty tap. I don’t think this brewpub survives for long.
