On tap at the brewpub. Burgundy brown colour witha smallish, lacing offwhite head. Fruity malt aroma. Good fruity flavours, hints of raisins, good bitterness. Medium to full body. Quite a good effort for Christmas.

Draught @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Medium brown color with a average off-white heat. Clear, with a medium paate. Aroma is spices, yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet, malt with a nice balance of bitternes.

Draught Ruby-shot brown beer with a small head. Chocolate, dark leaves, coffee, malts and a hint of speculoos Sweet-sour, malty taste, with a hint of bitterness retronasal for balance. Retronasal some nutty notes, ink and dry cake. Very full bodied, grist slickness. Better than usual Brasseurs beers.
