Draft. Very weak in aroma, this pale, hazy yellow beer was rather boring. It had a very light citrusyness to it. Very light in body, it finished rather clean.

May 22, 2008 Enjoyed in a bottle at Audobon in Boston. OK for the style. There are other brewers that do a much nicer job here, but this is certainly a drinkable wit. Pours a very pale yellow. Looks very much like a Hoegaarden. Strong citrus aroma, very lemony. Fairly bland on the palate. Decent and thirst-quenching, but not an all-time favorite.

May 12, 2008 On tap at Flying Saucer (Charlotte). small white head into cloudy yellow body. aromas of light banana, some soap?, and a touch of ripe fruit. flavor is moderately sweet with a touch of aceticness. moderate finish duration. watery texture. Okay.

Apr 4, 2008 Draught @ Les Brasseurs de la Grand Place. Slightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is weak fruity/banana with a spicy hint. Flavor is like an anonymous wit, quite boring actually but drinkable.
