(Draught@brewery) Very hazy yellow with a small, lemonadey head. Earthy, sourish and wheaty aroma. Slightly spicy, wheaty, dry and sourish flavor. Quite light-bodied, a bit acidic for a witbier. An average witbier, a bit homemade-like - like the rest from the brewery.

Can at Casanova Beer Cave festival. Hazy light yellow pour with a white head. Some spice, wheat, and light fruit, but a little funky too. Not that good.

Location: Had this one at some Restaurant in NYC, Late April 2010

Aroma: Lots of yeast on the nose, with some fruitiness as well
Appearance: Fairly typical appearance for the style, hazy golden color
Flavor: Taste is also rather yeasty, with some spice and fruity sweetness
Palate: The body is light-medium, an alright body, drinkable enough
Overall Impression: This is a fairly mediocre Belgian White overall. Not a whole lot going on here to make it a stand-out in the style. A boring white.

Draught at bar Clean straw body, white bubbles. Slightly soapy aroma, some spice and orange peel that continues onto the body. Smooth texture, decent balance.

Sample at Buckeye Beer Engine. The beer is a hazy yellow color with a thick and fizzy white head that burns down to a film relatively fast. Stringy lacing on the glass. Spiced aroma with some banana notes. Light body with flavors of sweet fruit and spices, plus a touch of wheat. The finish is mostly banana with a bit of coriander up front, and leaves a short citrus aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Enjoyed in a bottle at Audobon in Boston. OK for the style. There are other brewers that do a much nicer job here, but this is certainly a drinkable wit. Pours a very pale yellow. Looks very much like a Hoegaarden. Strong citrus aroma, very lemony. Fairly bland on the palate. Decent and thirst-quenching, but not an all-time favorite.

Draft. Very weak in aroma, this pale, hazy yellow beer was rather boring. It had a very light citrusyness to it. Very light in body, it finished rather clean.

Draught @ Les Brasseurs de la Grand Place. Slightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is weak fruity/banana with a spicy hint. Flavor is like an anonymous wit, quite boring actually but drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. Rather sweet banana aroma, a little citrus sting in the tail, but not much. Boring.
