Mar 14, 2004 [Draft at ZBF 2004] An amber beer with a fine lazing though disappearing head. The aroma is of malt, straw, aroma hops, and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, bread, and aroma hops. It has afine bitter end.

Amber color, a bit tanned head. Same toffee, honey aroma than in their pils. Light bodied with herbs and a bit of smoke. Refreshing, easy to drink but plain.

Apr 1, 2003 Hazy amber, no head. Ever so slightly peanuts nose - amber malt? Diacetyl - UGH! - and not much else in the taste. Fizzy carbonation. This beer is not just pretty awful - it's a disgrace for Belgium. And in the country's touristic center!!!
